This Privacy Policy describes how Lykia Games Bilişim Teknolojileri Limited Şirketi collects, uses and shares information when You use our mobile games and apps published on Google Play and other app stores, and our website. It also tells You about Your privacy rights and how You can exercise them.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

  • Advertising ID means the resettable identifier provided by Your device’s operating system (for example the Google Advertising ID) that is used for advertising and analytics.

  • Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where “control” means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.

  • Application means any mobile game or app published by the Company, and Applications means all of them.

  • Country refers to: Turkey

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

No account required

Our Applications do not require You to create an account or sign in, and they do not ask for Your name, email address or phone number. If You contact Us by email, We receive Your email address and the content of Your message.

Types of Data Collected

Device and Usage Data

When You use the Service, the following data may be collected automatically:

  • device model, operating system and version, language and country settings;
  • IP address and the approximate location derived from it (not precise GPS location);
  • Advertising ID and app-instance identifiers;
  • how You use the Application (for example app opens, levels completed, screens viewed, session length);
  • ad interaction data (ads shown and clicked);
  • crash and performance data (app version, device state and technical details of the error).

Purchase Data

Purchases inside our Applications (for example removing ads or buying extra content) are processed by Google Play or the app store You use. We do not receive or store Your payment card details. We receive only the information needed to confirm, deliver and restore Your purchase, such as an order identifier, the purchased item and the purchase status.

Third-Party Services We Use

Advertising (Google AdMob)

Our Applications show ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect Your Advertising ID, IP address, device and app information and ad interaction data in order to show ads, limit how often You see an ad, measure ad performance and prevent fraud. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland We ask for Your consent before ads are personalised, using Google’s consent form, and You can change Your choice at any time from the privacy or consent option in the Application. In the United States You can opt out of the sale or sharing of Your data for targeted advertising from the same option where it is shown. Analytics and crash reports (Google Firebase)

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how our Applications are used, and Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash reports. This data is used to improve the Applications and fix errors; We do not use it to identify You personally. We may also use Firebase Remote Config to change game settings without an update.

App store services (Google Play)

Downloads, updates and in-app purchases are handled by Google Play under Google’s own terms and privacy policy.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service and fix errors.

  • To show ads that keep our Applications free, as described above.

  • For the performance of a contract: to deliver and restore the products You have purchased.

  • To manage Your requests: to answer the messages You send Us.

  • For analysis: to identify usage trends, measure the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and improve our Service.

  • For legal reasons: to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud and protect our rights.

We do not sell Your Personal Data for money. We may share Your information in the following situations:

  • With Service Providers: the providers listed under “Third-Party Services We Use”, for the purposes described there.
  • For business transfers: in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of Our business to another company.
  • With Affiliates: in which case We will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy.
  • With Your consent: for any other purpose You agree to.

Legal Basis (EEA, UK and Switzerland)

We process Personal Data on the basis of Your consent (personalised ads), the performance of a contract (in-app purchases), Our legitimate interests (keeping the Applications working, secure and improving them; non-personalised ads) and legal obligations.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Data held by the Service Providers listed above is kept for the periods set in their services and then deleted automatically.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information may be processed outside Your country, including by Google in the United States and other countries where its servers are located. The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Your Rights and Deleting Your Data

Depending on where You live, You may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of Your Personal Data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, or to ask Us to delete data linked to Your device, email info@lykiagames.com with the name of the Application. You can also uninstall the Application, reset Your Advertising ID, and change Your ad consent choice in the Application. You also have the right to complain to Your local data protection authority.

Please note that We may need to retain certain information when We have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Law enforcement

Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).
